The jeweler will hand stamp your pet's name and up to two phone numbers on the back at no additional charge. Submit the info you want on the tag along with the order in the PayPal field that says "instructions to merchant." If you cannot figure out how to do that, send an immediate email to giftshop@devinwrites.com and reference your name and transaction number.
